Hi Everyone, please help me if anyone has any information. I am done with my exams and was wanting to apply for residecny in this match. I am currently on H1b status ( research) and was wanting to go on a J1 for residency(H1 limit ending 2008). My green card has been filed by employer but I dont want to wait for it as it is very unpredictable.
Does anyone know if this can be done when I have a green card pending and Apply for J1. as J1 is a non immigrant visa and application for green card is already implying immigrant intent, will my J1 get denied in case i get a match?
