HI there,

My h4 is valid upto aug 08. I transfered my h4 to h1b in oct'2007. But i did not get a job yet. that means. no paystubs

1) what is my current status?
2) Can i apply for h4 extension?
3) Will they ask paysubs if i apply for h4 exten

It is violation of status. Employer needs to pay the salary. You need pay stubs.
