H1B to H4 and again to H1B

I came to US on H4 visa and got converted to H1B and the petition is got approved and validity for my H1B is untill Dec 2014. So now i would like to take leave for couple of months. So can i go back to H4 and again come back to H1B status around September 2013 or so. Can any one clarify on this. Its very urgent. Any help is appreciated.
 
H1B Reinstatement from H4

Hello,
I had an H1B in 2006 and came to US for one month. After that i went back to india and came with H4 in 2007 and have been in US on the same visa for 5 years. Is it possible to reinstate the visa i had in 2006 for me to work? If so what is the process and how long it will take
