H1B to GC

Hello I have a question. I have only Bachelor degree, if I got an H1B visa, am I qualified to apply for GC? Would they take the degree into the consideration to give GC too? How long does it take to get GC once filed while on H1B?
 
Whether you can apply for GC or not is not determined by degree, however, your class of application will be determined by degree and experience.
YOu can apply for GC with bachelor degree, but it may take longer than the those with master degree.
