H1B TO F1 - PLS Help

hello my h1b has been revoked ON FEB 16

I am considering a COS from H1b to F1.

IF i have a I20 for spring semester 2009 and file a petition for COS.
Would it be approved?

Does it matter if it is a spring 2009 I20 or a Summer 2009 I20?

Later on if i find a job and the company is willing to sponsor, can they invoke my revoked Visa or would they have to file for a new I129 application for II797 in April
 
Trying to change from H1 to F1

How did you get an I20 for spring semester 09 in Feb. My H1B is valid but im yet to get an I20. What is the process.?
Will appreciate your response.

F1 to H1 and opt extension

I am on my opt till december 09 and have been with a consultant since 2 months... but seeing the current scenario I have decided not to apply for my H1 this year and may be try for an extension this year so that I can apply next year.
My question is what if my H1 application is not selected in the lottery next year and would I be able to reapply 3rd time or would I have to leave straight away if H1 is not picked up.
Also can I go back to school and shift back to F1 status if any of the above things happen??
I have opt right now till 12 months finishing december 15th 09 and hoping I can get 29 months extension: would I get 17 months at once or in parts ?
