H1b Tansfer. and Continuing with old employer

I am on h1b with an employer A.

If a company B gives me an offer & applies for my h1b transfer,
and then I decide I am not taking up the offer?

Will I have any issues because fo this.? Can I continue working with my original employer without issues.
