Hi All,
I filed my wife H1B visa in Apr 2009. I got the receipt number in may 2009. But in sep 2009 I got a RFE which my employer replied back to USCIS with in the time frame. Now current status showing as "Request for evidence. On November 5, 2009, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days ". And till today there is no further update.
Any body has a similar issue?? Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
