My H1B is no longer valid, and am expecting a child in a few weeks.
Since the child would be an American citizen is it possible for us to continue staying here as the child's parents?(though our current H1 & H4 statuses would not be valid)
Is this possible?
If so what would this status be referred to as?
Then in this status can I search for a job and enter employment?
