Hi,

When the H1B petition is applied under premium processing, what's the status shown on USCIS site? Is there a so called status where they show that they have received app under premium processing?

Main question would be - how to do I verify whether my app has indeed been applied under premium processing? Currently my status is showing up as "Case received and pending". Pl let me know...

By verifying your extra 1000$ check is encased by USCIS. (Your attorney only knows)
Currently my status is showing up as "Case received and pending".
