H1B status after filing 4 AOS(marg to USC & divorce b4 intrvw)

Just wondering what happens to H1B status after filing for AOS based on marg.

Was on H1b and got maried and USC and filed for AOS based on marg to USC.
But before the interview we broke up and she withdrew the application.

Now I am wondering. if my H1B is still good. I did not use my EAD

Just wondering what happens to H1B status after filing for AOS based on marg.
---H1 and I-485 are diffrent petitions. one can work on H1 and have I-485 pending.

Now I am wondering. if my H1B is still good. I did not use my EAD
--if your H1 is still valid with valid I-94 then you are on H1 status.
