Is it legal for H1B/H4 holders to start a business, and work actively for the business without taking wages? i.e. working as a volunteer without employment relationship.
If the business makes profit, it can either be expensed before being taxed by the means of, say, a luxury company car, and office furnitures ;-)
If there is still profit, then distribute it as divident.
Does it shound legal?
