I have visa stamping for an employer1 and it will expire in 0ct2012.

I have switched employer while I am in US to employer2 after few months I made a switch to another employer3.

I currently have the I797 of employer1 and employer3 but lost I797 of employer2.

If I want to go for a vacation to my home country and go for a new visa stamping. Do I need to have I797 of all my employers till date for the visa stamping?

That all depends if your interviewing consul needs it. It is more likely than not that it will be required.
