H1B stamping without paystubs

My wife got her H1B and yet to get a project. Now she has to travel to India for family emergency. Can she get her H1B stamped without any trouble, as we dont have any paystub?

Anyone have such experience. Sorry if this has been covered before. I did not find it.

-- Paystub is not a requirement for H1B stamping, but the officer may ask for it and take the decision accordingly. People are advised to take it to be on the safer side.

Can you tell us when did she get h1b? If she didn't get project within 90 days of H1b issued and she will go for H1B stamping the visa office will raise a query regarding paystub.
Ask her employer to generate the pasystub for atleast last 2 months.

My wife got her H1B approved on Oct 1. So far she has not started on any project. She is going through interviews. She has to go to India next month on family emergency..its unavoidable circumstances.

Will her employer run paystubs? Is that possible? She hasnt received SSN yet.

What is best way out?
