H1B Stamping, New Delhi Consulate

Hello,
I recently got my H1B approval. I would like to get the Visa stamped in New Delhi. Could you please describe the H1B stamping process in brief.

Is there any special requirements like sending the documents before hand to New Delhi Consulate?

From the forum, my understanding is that:
- Get an appointment from TT Visas site
- Fill forms, get drafts, get all required documents
- Appear for the interview in person along with the documents above
- Visa stamp arrives in courier 2 days later

Is this pretty much the process or am I missing something?

Hi,

Did you go for stamping in New Delhi? Even I am planning to go for the stampint in Delhi even though I belong to Chennai consular division. So I want to get your experience / preparation for attending in Delhi. I had already gone to US 3 times on B1 visas. But this is my first time for personal interview and going for H1.. so your points would be helpful for me too
