Hi All,

I have got my I-797 approval through my current employer(consulting) & i worked at the first client place for the salary rate as mentioned in my appoinment letter and I129 form(Petition for Non-Immigrant worker).

After 3 months of work, my project got over and i got a new project with a new client. As the new client's billing rate was very less, I was agreed with my employer, to take a pay cut of 20K from the original salary & almost continued with that reduced salary for the last 6 months. Now i am planning to go to India to get the H1b stamping.

Will there be an issue, because of the change(reduction) in salary figures of my payslips compared to I-129forms.. If so, what is the possible alternative, i should do so... Plus there is one more form ETA9035(Labor condition application for H1B Nonimmigrants), in which the minimum salary figure mentioned is having less than the one what i am currently getting. Your updates on how to proceed on the above situation, would be hightly appreciated.

----- you have to be paid minimum what is on LCA if it is same or above then no problem
