h1b stamping in Toronto

Hi to all

I am on PR.

I have got verified i.e evaluation of my Indian Degrees from World Education services Canada And also from University of New York.

So will there be still any problem for getting h1b stamped at Toronto .

Because I heard Toronto is strict about stamping h1b visa to those who have degree other than US and Canada, as they say that they are unable to verify the degrees other than US and Canada.
