H1B stamping in Tijuana, Mexico with unexpired visa...URGENT!

Hi,
I have my H1b visa stamped till mid-March 2006. This was for my previous employer. I am planning to go to Tijuana, Mexico during the first week of Feb, 2006 to get my H1B stamped. This is going to be 1 month before my previous visa expires. So is this going to be a problem? Is there a rule that says I can't get my new visa stamped 10 days before the expiry of my existing visa? Please advise...

you can not make an appointment 10 days prior to start date of your renewed H1B visa or approved 1-797.....

or you can call 1-888-840-0032 and confirm. i got this confirmation just a few days back when i made my appointment in canada.
