Hi All,
I am going to get my H1B stamped in Ottawa next week. I plan to drive to Ottawa from Buffalo. My passport has an expired I-94 stapled inside. Also, my new I-94 is part of my I797 form.
Now, from what I remember, when I enter Canada, I do not have to turn in my I-94. Is that still right?
Also, when I return will I be required to fill in a new I-94? Or will I use the I-94 that is part of my I797?
Any input is appreciated.
