H1B stamping in ottawa but my current visa not yet expired.

Hi, i have an appointment date in ottawa on 14th Nov2006.
actually my current visa is expiring on 1st Dec 2006.
if ottwa us consulate ask some more documets or query on my stamping, still can i come back to us with the existing visa which is expiring on 1dec 2006.

raagdeep2, you will be fine. You should be able to enter in to US until the day before the visa expires as long as you have the new approval petition. Please share your experience after your stamping. I have the appointment in Jan.
