H1B Stamping in mumbai

Hi

I was out of Status for less that 180 days after that i got my current h1 and now want to got to Mumbai for visa stamping

Visa stamp on passport expired on nov 15 of 2001

have photo copy h1(april 2001 till may 2003 )

have another h1(current ) original from july of 2002 till may of 2005

what are my chances of getting a visa stamping done in Mumbai

list of documents i would be carrying

1)I797a
2)I29
3) Letter from employer
4) Paystubs (all 4 years)
5)W2 forms (all 3 yrs)
6)photos of office
7)Directions to and from office
8)D156
9)All your Original Degree Certificates
10)Valid Passport
11)Original Experience Certificates from all your previous employment's
12)Demand draft for visa application fee.
13)Demand draft or cash for visa issuance Fee.
14)2 recent color photographs, (2x2 inches or 5x5 cm)

1) Am i eligible for dropbox facility

You are not eligible for drop box facility because your previous H1 visa expired more than 12 months ago. You will have to schedule an appointment for interview at the consulate's website.

I Just added some more info hope you don’t mind

1) I797 original H1 approval notice (keep the copy of last h1 approvals if you have any)
2) I-129 + LCA complete petition certified by lawyer
3) Letter from employer
4) Pay stubs (all 4 years) they don’t have time to look at 4 years pay stubs better take last 6 months
5) W2 forms (all 3 yrs)
6) photos of office
7) Directions to and from office (optional)
8)DS-156 if you are Male between 16-45 then you have also to submit form DS-157
9) All your Original Degree Certificates
10)Valid Passport
11)Original Experience Certificates from all your previous employment's ( they may not need it but it is better to keep them)
12)Demand draft for visa application fee.
13) Demand draft or cash for visa issuance Fee.
14) 2 recent color photographs, (2x2 inches or 5x5 cm)

--- you are not eligible for drop box you have to attend interview in consulate
