Dear All,
I am a consultant working for CompanyA. I work at a Client Site say Company B. I am going to Montreal for my H1B Stamping, saying that I am going to the Montreal site of my Client, Company B. I ll be getting a visitor visa from the Canada Consulate and then proceed to my Montreal site and then go for my interview.
Does anyone have had experiences with Montreal,
My case is :
Came to US on F-1, graduated with 3.5GPA, completed OPT, H1 started within 2months before OPT expired, now working on H1 for the past 7months. Had a H1 transfer 2months ago but same Client site. Filing taxes regularly since I was a student.
Any suggestions ?
