H1b Stamping few days left

I came to home country for h1b stamping. Few questions

1)n USA I am working on hourly pay. Will it give some problem to get h1b stamping ? As no fix salary..
2) Will there be any question about insurance or benfits ?
3) I had insurance from my finacee's company. Is It OKie to mention about Fiancee in USA ?
4) Shud I get Work Ex from all the companies I worked for ?
5) My first job was in homecountry and as it was long back I am not able to get work ex letter from that company ? Is it okie to get a work ex from a third company (actually a friends company ) ?

May be becase on H1 status you need to be paid what is on LCA
2) Will there be any question about insurance or benfits ?
---they can ask anything these days

--not bad idea, but I think they need your present H1 holder letter
