H1B stamping experience at Chennai consulate

Hi friends,

my case is some thing different. can any body give some information about this. i attended for H1b visa on June 22 to Chennai consulate. VO verified all the documents and at the last he verified my passport. In my passport i already had a H1b visa. i got this visa in Jan 2001. But at that time i didn't come to USA for some reasons. VO asked me about that visa and he didn't convinced with my explanation and again he start varifying my documents once again. VO found the document (i kept a fake certificate of a releaving letter of my previous company. due to some issues at that time that company didn't provide me the releaving letter. other than this i had all other original documents) and he told me that this is fack document. Then i start arguing with him and finally he gave me a paper and asked me to sign on it. that paper shows that i sbmitted a fake document like that. and he took my H1 approval notice and told me that not to come to consulate for one year. My H1 company is willing to do processing again immedietly. but my question if i get the papers again with in three to four months, can i attend for visa again. and one more question is, whether the consulate people are having any records about my previous details.

Any information is helpful for me. please give me some sugessions.

All of your records including any fake certificates will be maintain by the US Consulate ( Whereever you go Chennai or Delhi) and it may affect your future non-immigrant and immigrant visa.

hi, any luck on you h1 after u posted this message any progress. u said one fake document, which company is it and where it is located . is it ur previous experience or from ur earlier h1 employer. could u let me know what was the staus after that. keep in touch .
