H1B Stamping ; Does it required for me. URGENT Pl. advice

Hi

I am Sathya Narayanan working in USA on H1B, My Wife and Daughter they are on H4 Visa. All our visa is currently under a company XYZ, which is valid till September 2006.

I quit job with XYZ and moved to ABC on March 2005 and we have got H1B & H4 Approvals from ABC, We are planning to visit India some time next month.

Do we need to get stamping with new H1B/H4 to enter US or We still can use the old visa with XYZ which is valid till Sep 2006.

Its very urgent, please help me out.

You can enter the US with visa with previous employer in passport and new H1 approval notice with new employer at POE.
