H1B stamping at Mumbai After 2 years of Expire Visa Stamp

Hi Sir,
I am in the US on the H1B visa issued by Mumbai
Consulate of America on march 1998, then after I have two renewal of H1B
from my employer.But I diidnt not stamped(revalidation) here in the US
since my passport got lost.after one year I found my old passport I returned
it to NY India passport office.. Now I have the new passport with the old
I94 also I have the new I94 attched with h1b approval letter.Now Since My
Visa stemp has expired I have to go to India. Is there is any problem the
Bombay consulate will create ? I am cuurently on the project and having the
lastest pay stub...What are the documents I needed at Mumbai. shall put it
in the Drop box...???

Do you have copies of old passport? Then You dont have to worry.

Yes I have the old passport(original) and New passport from Newyork-India(passport office).
