H1b stamping in US Consulate in Canada alogin with Canadian PR

Just wondering whether someone recently got their passport stamped with H1 i.e. re-validation or extension in Canada after getting 221(g) in US which said "Application not clearly approvble - you need to appear for a personal interview with Consulate". On the same note, how about going for PR stamping in Canada for immigrant and getting H1 stamp at the same time. Looking forward for quick reply.

I am sure I read on the forum that someone got the visa from India after the 221g. sorry I cannot help you here about Canada but I am interested in knowing what happens since I might be in a similar situation next yr.
 
I have got same 221g and waiting for response from any one . I amy have to go to Canada after Feb 2005 sometime for stamping.

But some body could guide me .. I heard that 221g is due to employer problem or checks too.. Is it so?

How to find what culd be the possible reason inour case.. was is just the May 2004 month ???

Are we bound by time ..
Is 221g says something about general time limit in which we have to get visa stamped or we can stay in us till 797 approval date..
