If a person has an H1b stamped from a US company but he is still in India and the company decided to call that person into US after some time. But now the approval notice is close to expiry in Feb 2003. What are the options that person has.
1. Can the company file an extension for him even though he never came to US
2. Can the same company file a new H1B for him
3. Can he still come to US even though his Approval Notice/Visa is valid for just 2-3 months more.
