H1B stamp

I am a canadian citizen and got my H1B petition approved. I am now working in US. If I travel to other country other than Canada, do I need to go back to Canada to get the stamp from US embassy in Canada before I travel to the third country?

if you go out of US to other country and want to enter US on H1 status you need H1 visa stamped.
