H1B Stamp after using AP

Has anyone been successful in getting a H1B stamp after having used AP previously? I used AP after my HB stamp expired in April of this year to travel to the UK. AP is based on concurrent filing of 140/485 - neither of which are approved. Am finally heading to Delhi - I have been maitaining my H1B statue. Any input will be appreciated.

I heard that if some one use AP and go back for H1B visa stamping their are chances of revoking 140/485 this I just heard from my friend I am not sure about it.Please check regarding this process with your lawyer and sorry for confustion this information is from my friend who went through your situation.

If you just entered the US on parole, your H1 status does not become void.

As long as you maintained H1 status (NEVER used EAD for any job, employed with the same employer, valid H1 extensions, etc etc ) you are OK.
