Dear Friends

My wife's job ending on feb 7th. Both of US on H1B. To maintain my wifes H1b Status for 3 to 6 months

a) is it legal to get sponsorship by company by paying money?
b)It seems company issues pay stubs without actually paying salary?
c) on top of it we need to pay TAX every month from our pocket

I would like know is there anyone doing this way? Is it legal ?
What are the risks involved in this?

It is not legal. I dont understand how will this be considered legal if you dont have a contract (project provider?). If you are not savvy enough, should not try calisthenics

It's clearly NOT legal and I would think this is obvious to anyone in this situation. I've never heard of an employer who you pay, issues false payroll documents and you need to then pay the taxes.

This probably could land you in prison and the employer would be in even worse trouble.
