H1B Software Engineer with Mechanical Engineering B.E

Hi Friends
I got my H1 approved for a Programmer Analyst post. My documents all say that I am a Mechanical Engineer. I am getting ready for stamping. I would like to know if there will be any problem in the stamping. I don't have any Computer science degree but have been working as a Software Programmer for more than 6 years (4 years abroad but not in the US). I am planning to attend stamping in the country where I live now instead of Chennai.

It all depends where you are stamping. Keep all your certificates (Software Related) and experience letters handy.
if it is Chennai, you will face definite problem.
