Hi Folks,

Since the GC processing takes so much amount of time and it is possible in certain situations that your current salary will be more than mentioned in the GC application.

Are there any hurdles in case the current salary exceeds the one that is mentioned in the GC Labor Petition

LC salary has to be paid AFTER I-485 approval. It does not matter if they are paying you more than LC or less than LC before I-485 approval. LC is filed for future permanent job
