H1B revoked. How to reinstate?

My H1B is revoked as my passport was in sonsulate for two years, now my visa is stamped but H1B is revoked. how it can be reinstated? Any professional help? or practical suggestion. Please help

Well, i just got my passport with H1B visa after 2 years. My employer revoked my H1B few months back due to no response from embassay in my favor. Now as per my and my employer information he can not reinstate my H1B. What would be resolution of this. Should i kncok anyother employer, if i get any employer how much time will it take and how much chances of reinstatement?

if the employer has revoked H1 and then your Visa stamp is not valid to enter US. your employer or new employer can file H1 petition for you with USCIS. FYI at this time USCIS is rejecting many Fresh 1 , H1 extensions and H1 transfers filed by Consulting companies and many dont hire fresh H1 holders. Job market is not good.
