I have couple of Questions while sending my passport for revalidation to St. Louis.

1. In my Passport i have valid visa till 01 Oct 2003 , After that i have two H1B approval notices till 14 Dec 2004.
Do i have to send both the H1B petitions for revalidation ??

2. My first passport is expired , so i got new one .
Do i have to send both the passports for revalidation ?

Really appreciate your inputs .

Any extra documents do i need to send other than DS-156 , DS-157,I-94 , Employer letter, bankers check .photographs

Thanks in Advance

I was in the same boat. You need to only send the latest I 797. This should be the one approved on behalf of your current employer. Yes, You need to send both passports.

Besides, you have to send I 797s (Current employer), Copy of Marriage Certificate if you are also filing for your spouse.

For spouse/children, you need to file I-539 extension-of-stay when you're filing your extension/company-switch. Only then, a new I-94 with later's expiration-date gets issues for them.

You might be aware of this. Just making sure the message gets through correctly.

You are absolutely correct. I was not sure if Shayam01 is also applying for spouse/children.
