Does anyone have anyinfo on H1b revalidation for Bangladesh citizens.
I currently have an H1b visa stamp on my passport and it is expiring soon (next month). I want to apply for a revalidation, however I hear stories that citizens of Bangladesh can not apply for a revalidation. They need to go back to Bangladesh for a new visa stamp. Is this true?
A friend of mine who is also from Bangladesh was recently temporarily rejected? God forbid, if that happens to me, what can I do to get a new visa stamp (except going back to BD and waiting 30 days or so)?
