H1B Revalidation at Montreal ; Any one with recent exp or appointments?

I have previously done my H1B revalidations at US Consulate, Montreal and is looking forward to get my 9th year H1B revalidation done. I find that there are no appointments listed for Montreal at www.nvars.com, where as other consulates Toronto and Ottawa has dates . am perplexed by this situation and has a few questions in this regard.

Any guidance would be appreciated

1. Is Montreal Consulate no longer accepting appointments for visa revalidations or is it that all slots are filled up?

2. How many days does Montreal takes to hand the visa stamped passports back on approval ?

3. Is there any US consulate in Canada which hands out the stamped passports the same day?
