H1B revalidation and company change

This is a confusing situation. Hope somebody can help me with it.

I was hired 3 years ago by company A, which was a division of company B. My sponsor was officially company B, although I was paid always by company A with checks from company B.
When my visa was about to expire, an extension was filed by company B, and was approved. Last November we sent our passports to Washington to be stamped.
Then, last Dec. 10 we were notified that company B was acquired by company C, and company A will be kept ad part of C, but company B (my sponsor) will dissapear.
What should I do now?
- File for an H1B Transfer with company C as sponsor
- Leave everthing as it is, since I still work for company A (even though my sponsor does not exist, but have a "succesor in interest" in company C)
- switch to work under EAD for company A

Thanks,
Rich
