H1B Request for Evidence - need advice

Hi there,

I have applied for an H1b visa in May with Premium processing. A few days later, I received a request for evidence asking for more information about the company sponsoring me. Now, the company may not be able to provide tax returns and bank statements as requested because it has not had much business activity so far; however it has been active and creating audiovisual content for 4 years. This is a one person business so far ready for serious expension. I am affraid that my visa may be denied because of this lack of finances. This a REAL job and a REAL company. I am joining this company to develop sales and there is a serious business plan to it.
How can we convince the USCIS to grant me that visa?

Answer the following questions to solve your problem.
1. List all the items requested in the RFE? Do not ignore/omit any thing? Which service center this H1 was filed?
2. Is it a first H1b for this company?
3. If the company is active for 4 years, then what is problem in tax return , the one man in the company did not make any money? How did he surviving?
4. If the company is real, do they have project in hand with confirmed order from a client. Any advance payment? or Project financing from a commercial bank.
5. How he is going to run the business? Did he have some money to show?
6. What kind of business plan do you have?
7. If the job description is Sales !!!!!!!! What is your Qualification and exp?
