H1B renewal

Hi All

My H1B is expiring on 4/24/04. I filed my renewal in dec,2003 and the application was acknowledge on 1/8/04.

Question

(1) What is possibility of getting renew approval before 4/24/04?
(2) If I don't get approval before 4/24/04 , will I be out of status?
(3) Should I do premium processing?
(4) Based on date I filed and acknowledge 1/8/04 , and considering H1B cap , will my turn come in next round?
