My company is renewing my H1B Visa as I completed 3 years. They want to save money and do not want to go through a lawyer. I just want to make sure that they get everything right. Following are my questions:
1) Is this considered as good as a new application?
2) Do we have to fill out the H classification supplement in the I129 form?
3) Do we have to submit the same documents as we did the first time?
Nothing has changed - its the same company and I have the new LCA approved. I will really appreciate if somebody can guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
