1. My H1B is valid till 4 may 2005. Knowing the delay in processing the H1 B cases, I want to apply as early as possible. When can I apply it? Can I apply now?
2. My 5 years of visa are going to be used by next May. Now Can I only apply visa for next 1 year? As my green card is pending for more than 1 year, can I include the 7 th year renewal application together with this. Or Do I have to wait for 6 th year and then apply for 7th year renewal? I just want to avoid the lawyer fees every year?
