H1B Renewal - Denial Notice Sent

Hi,
Can anyone help me in providing the information for my case below:

I have applied for a H1B Renewal in Aug 2007 (For H1B expired on Oct 2007) , then we got a query from USCIS in dec and we sent the required documentation in Dec 2007 itself, then the case processing was resumed. Then, after few weeks we got a Denial Notice from USCIS. I don't know the reason yet for denial.

My question is, can i apply for H1B transfer with some other employer now?

If your original petition is still valid, you can apply.

What was the original RFE for ?

yOU CAN APPLY another H1B also.But getting approval for that is bit difficult.U'll get RFE for that and u need to respond perfectly,else u'll get denial again.
