H1B Rejection pls advice

Hi ,

For applying new h1b do we need to specify the old H1B rejection information to the new employer.

pls provide your inputs ,thanks

same problem please advice

Transfered H1-B FROM COMPANY A TO B
Intent to deny received in nov' 2006 asking to send $500 fraud protection fee.
Company lawyer sent the $500 on Nov 13 2006

Waiting with no answer till march 2007 ...I asked them to do premium proceesing...on march 6 applied for PP.

On march 12 2007, got the Premium processing documents and $ 1000 check back with just a small notice...saying the Premium processing request and check are mailed back to you because the Petition for which you applied PP was denied on 3/05/07.

The company or lawyer no one has received any denial notice yet ....nothing...online it shows still in process...calling USCIS says it's in process yet.

Please Can anyone say what should I do????

Can I transfer my H1b to another company or not?

is there any possibility to do something..
please let me know...if anyone knows a good lawyer or same situation....
