H1B rejection due to tax problems during F1 status

Hi Everyone

I am a student in USA on F1 status since Sept. 2002. I have erroneously submitted 1040 tax form instead of 1040NR for the year 2003.

Would this affect my chances of getting an H1 visa in future ?
If yes, can I do something to resubmit my taxes, so as to avoid such a problem in future ?

Thank you for your time

Incorrectly filed taxes should not be a problem for H-1. I am not a tax expert, but as far as I know, you can amend an erroneously filed return. No problem.
