h1B reinstate

hi,
I am having H1B Visa- I got the Visa in 2005. I was in US with the same Visa from Dec-2005 till Feb-2008. After that returned to India. 3 Yrs H1B expired in 2008.

Currently in US again in L1B. Can I reinstate the same H1B, as I didn't complete 6 years in that H1B.

Yes, however, if you were outside the U.S. for a whole year between visas, you could try for new 6 year period if you can last until Oct 1 to start the new H-1B job.
