H1B refused under AFU, applying L1 from same employer.

My H1b visa got rejected an they mentioned AFU in my passport.I am applying for L1 from the same employer who has filed my H1b 5 years back.Will my H1b rejection previously have any impact on L1.Pls help??

Probably no one except for CIS/DOS is certain about the answer. Recently DOS issues the statement saying they would crack down abusive use of L1 just to avoid H1 quota.
You may be affected if you got H1 rejection before, but you never know til you apply.
