My current employer applied for my H1B sixth year extention on Nov 17th. Even the DHL Tracking shows that Nebraska Service Center received it on Nov 18th. My current H1B and I-94 expired on Nov 20th. Today I got the reciept number, but it shows the receipt date to be Dec 14th. I am worried if I am out of status from Nov 21st to Dec 13th. Or is the common? Please advice. Or should I call the Service Center and check what is happening. Thanks in advance for all your help and advice
