I have currently applied for an H1B transfer and it is still in process.
Now, I have another company offering me a better job and is ready to transfer my H1B. I am interested in the latter offer, but I am not aware of the procedure to get my H1B transferred to the 2nd company.
Can anyone explain how to go about it? Do I have to wait for the 1st H1B transfer to be approved or can I cancel that midway and go for the 2nd company?
