H1B query regarding no travel undertaken (Urgent)

Hi.

I am an IT consultant in a top IT service provider in India and I have recently got my H1B visa stamped and it is valid till march 2008.
I have just received an admit from a top B School in India and will be joining there, which means I will not be travelling to US before the visa expires.

1. Does this mean the first term of 3 years of my 6 H1B years is gone even though i dont travel even once ?

2. If I apply for a H1Bwith my new employer after my MBA after 2-3 years, does this wastage means a black mark on me and would I be denied a H1B when my new employer applies for it after i finish MBA?

3. If my question 2 turns out to be true, then should I cancel my present H1B status or something????

Please guide me so that I do not stand in eligible when my new employer if he does applies for a H1B after my MBA!!!!

----------------- if you want H1B in future it will be for 6 years but at one time one can get only 3 years then extension can be filed for next 3 years
2. If I apply for a H1Bwith my new employer after my MBA after 2-3 years, does this wastage means a black mark on me and would I be denied a H1B when my new employer applies for it after i finish MBA?
---not a problem in future because you got H1 B in past
3. If my question 2 turns out to be true, then should I cancel my present H1B status or something????
--------- you cant cancell the H1B it was based on petition filed by US employer. you dont need to do anything
Please guide me so that I do not stand in eligible when my new employer if he does applies for a H1B after my MBA!!!!
