H1B Query ... Pls assist

Hello ,

I am from India, Currently in US, Needed to know
> do I qualify for H1B or not
> issues regarding H1B quota
> Education Evaluation
> also Visa Status Change From B1 to H1

Brief :-
I have Advance Diploma in Software
Engineering (3 years) from India, and 3 years full time of work
experience in Web Design and Development and 1 year part time
work experience in the same. (in India)

Have 7 months of Work Experience in Germany in Web Application Development

Looking forward to an early favourable reply on above

do you have any BS university degree? Or only diplomas?. First replyto above Q

So you do not have any basic Bachelor Degree and have only some private training center so called diploma.

H1 need definitely a BS degree. Where did you get your diploma.?

Aptech is not allowed to give any BS or MS degree. Aptech is a private training center, but big center.

For H1 requirements (You may be genius in Computer programming) you must have any bachelors degree Computer Sci, Maths etc. That is mandatory.
